Individual Therapy
Individual therapy follow up sessions are what most people think of when they think of therapy:
* Sessions are usually between 45 and 60 minutes and are private and confidential.
* I try very hard to create a relaxed office environment. There is no particular structure to our sessions.
* We will engage in conversations and perhaps activities that are productive and effective specifically to you and your needs.
* Although distressing thoughts and feelings will likely surface in some psychotherapy sessions, you will never have to talk about or do something you are not ready for.
